AMAZING!!!!!!!

This app is truly amazing! I was thinking about buying a rangefinder but didnt want to spent $200-$300. When I found this I decided why not its just $5. And I am glad I bought it because it is awesome. If u get your stand height right it works like charm. A $5 rangefinder. WOW. It works as well as the expensive ones!

Not that great.

Works but you pretty much have to get your height perfect. You cant be sure youre aiming it at your target. They need to make a range finder that utilizes the camera on the phone instead of pointing your phone at the target lol

Dont buy

The app doesnt work it should be free I couldnt even get it to work for a while then when I did its not even accurate and I couldnt get a refund.

Horrible

Wish I cld get my money back

Crazy

I was a bit skeptical, but know a couple buddies running this app with good success. I dont have the bucks for a laser rangefinder, so $5 was worth a shot. You cant get any readings until you set-up a stand location with the appropriate height from the ground to your eye. I had trouble trying to use it "right out of the box" - but a quick support exchange with the Hunt Geeks - and a quick read of the tips pages inside the app - got me rolling right away - (estimation on the height seems to work pretty well). From there it worked fairly accurate - crazy accurate really... Worth $5..? - definitely! Worked for me!

Wasted money

I bought this as a back up range finder. Sitting in stand now comparing to my laser range finder. Do not rely on this app. Using this range finder could result in a miss or a mangled animal. Spend the money on a RF that will provide you with the best ethical shot.

Worth the money

Worth $5? Most definately! I found it to be pretty accurate. You have to know your stand height pretty close for it to work.

larry69

As long as you know the height of your stand, this works great!

Well worth 5 bucks

The key to the app is setting it up right. If you dont get your stand height right, it wont work, but for guys that can measure or who can read the box their ladderstand came in, it works like a charm.

Works like a charm

I was gonna spend a couple $100 on a range finder, but found this in time! Cant wait to try it out this bow season!

Wasted $

Dont waste your money, if you have a rangefinder just range a tree near your kill zones at the same height while in your stand that will be your true yardage.

If you dont have a rangefinder, this works great!

I have used a rangefinder (borrowed) in the past, but picked this up to see how it would work and it works like a champ! If you already have a rangefinder, would be great as a back-up. The drop-compensated distances are a real plus too. Well worth the money.

Well worth it

Very easy to use after you read instructions and accurate. Highly recommend for price!!

Inaccurate waste of money!

This app was a waste of money. It assumes once you enter your stand height that all your surroundings are flat. This app does not compare at all to a laser range finder. You dont even use your phones camera. Dont waste the time downloading this app.

Dont waste your time!

Its was a waste of time & money!

No good

Awful. I want a refund

Not a true rangefinder.

This isnt the rangefinder. This is a compensation adjuster. I still need a rangefinder to bow hunt with.

Worth the money

I had a range finder that did not compensate for drop. This app works well and does compensate for drop. Its not perfect because it does assume that all surrounding terrain is flat. A great backup range finder.

not so hot

not a rangefinder, but only a range compensater. Not exactly upfront about that. But like the idea and good tool for hunters to learn how much you account for based on distance and degree of angle.

Not worth 2 bucks

Forgot my range.finder at home then found this app Shows angle but no yardage for ranging So dont waste ur time money
